CUL-Masten Carbon rig for Woodcomposite W40 Milan on Bodensee

The Milan W40 from 1974 was rebuilt and restored from the ground up, in loving detail, between 2012 and 2022. The object served in the modern shipyard of Wood Composite Romanshorn also for apprentice training. In 2022, the boat goes into the water for the first time after many years and gets an extremely light and trimmable rig from CUL-Masten. The rig is complete with synthetic rigging, Regatta shroud tensioners and mast hydraulics. For trimming there are double aft stays, back stays and jack stays. The boom is supported by the CUL-powerkicker and is equipped with lazy jacks, as well as single line reefing system.
